Terms and conditions

These terms apply to every purchase made at Divine Clothing. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them first. If anything is unclear, contact us.
Who we are
Divine Clothing is a brand of ABM Entertainment Worldwide, a company based in the United States. You can reach us at info@divineclothinginc.com.
Your account
You can buy as a guest or with an account. Either way, you must be of legal age: 18, or the age of majority where you live. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Products and availability
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and some photos may show products on digitally generated models.
Stock is limited. If a product you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund it in full.
We may limit the quantities per order, and cancel orders that look fraudulent or break these terms. If we cancel an order, we refund everything you paid.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in your country's currency. Outside the United States they are calculated from our prices in US dollars at the day's exchange rate, so they may change from one day to the next. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.
Prices don't include the duties, taxes or fees that your country or your courier charge to bring your order in. If a US sales tax applies to your order, you'll see it before you pay.
If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full, even after confirming it.
Offers and discount codes apply under the conditions and on the dates shown with them, and can't be exchanged for money.
Your bank may charge its own fees for international purchases.
Payment
In the United States and Puerto Rico payments are processed by Square, in US dollars. In the rest of our markets they are processed by Stripe, in your country's currency.
We never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed only once the payment processor confirms the payment to us.
Shipping
We ship with FedEx or USPS to addresses inside the United States only. If you shop from another country, you give us the US address of your courier service, which takes the parcel to your country and charges you for that trip, customs duties and import taxes. How shipping works explains it step by step.
Our delivery ends when the carrier delivers the parcel to the US address you gave us, and from then on the risk of loss or damage passes to you. If you shop from another country, any loss, damage or delay on the way to your country is handled with your courier.
Delivery times are estimates: we aren't responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs or events beyond our control.
Before you buy, check with your courier that the product can be imported to your country.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final unless damaged from the factory: our returns policy explains it.
Intellectual property
The store's content (texts, photos, logos and design) belongs to ABM Entertainment Worldwide or to those who license it to us. You may not copy it or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, service outages, or carrier and customs delays.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
If you have a problem with an order, write to us first at info@divineclothinginc.com: most problems are solved that way. If we can't solve it, it will be settled by the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
If you buy as a consumer, these terms don't take away the rights that the consumer protection laws of your country give you and that can't be waived, including, where those laws allow it, going to the authorities or courts of your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
