Every order ships from the United States with FedEx or USPS, to an address inside the United States. If you live in another country, that address is your courier's, and your courier brings the parcel to you.

Your order ships with FedEx or USPS to your courier's US address, and your courier brings it to you. You pay in Belize dollars.

Orders from outside the United States
We don't ship abroad ourselves: we ship to your courier (also called a casillero or mailbox service), a company that gives you an address in the United States and forwards your parcels to your country.
- 1Sign up with a courier service, if you don't have one yet. It gives you a US address, usually with an account or suite number.
- 2At checkout, enter your own address in your country. It sets your currency and how you pay.
- 3Choose “Ship to your US courier” and enter your courier's US address, with your account number.
- 4We ship your order with FedEx or USPS to that address: 5 to 7 business days with Standard, 2 to 3 with Express.
- 5Your courier brings it to your country and charges you for that trip, customs duties and import taxes, at its own rates.
Orders inside the United States
We ship with FedEx or USPS to the address you give at checkout, in the United States or Puerto Rico. You choose the speed and see its cost before you pay:
- Standard: 5 to 7 business days.
- Express: 2 to 3 business days.
We prepare orders in 3 to 5 business days. When your order ships, we email you its tracking number.
Good to know
- Our shipping cost covers the trip inside the United States only.
- Check with your courier that the product can be imported to your country, and how long it takes to bring it.
- Once the carrier delivers your parcel to your courier, the courier is the one taking care of it. Your order page shows the courier address we shipped to.
