How can I contact you, and when will you answer?

Contact us or write to info@divineclothinginc.com, with your order number if you have one. We answer Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (US Eastern Time), within 2 business days.

What currency do I pay in?

In your country's currency: choose your country at the top of the page to see its prices. In the United States and Puerto Rico you pay in US dollars. Your bank may charge its own fees for international purchases.

Is it safe to pay on the site?

Yes. Your card details travel encrypted straight to the payment processor: we never see or store them. Your order is confirmed only once your payment is approved.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship inside the United States and Puerto Rico. If you shop from Latin America or Central America, we ship to your courier's US address, and your courier brings the parcel to your country and charges you for that trip, customs duties and import taxes. How shipping works explains it step by step.

When will my order arrive?

We prepare orders in 3 to 5 business days. Then standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days, and express 2 to 3 business days. From outside the United States, those times are to your courier's address; your courier then brings the parcel to you on its own schedule.

When your order ships, we email you its tracking number.

How do I choose my size?

Each product shows its sizes. If you're between two, write to us and we'll help you choose.

Can I return or exchange a product?

All sales are final unless damaged from the factory: our returns policy explains it.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final: once you place an order, it can't be canceled.

I didn't receive my order confirmation. Was my order placed?

Check your spam folder first. If it hasn't arrived 24 hours after your purchase, contact us and we'll check it.

Do I need an account to buy?

No, you can buy as a guest. With an account you see your orders and their tracking.
