Privacy policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy at Divine Clothing, what we use it for and the rights you have over it.

Who is responsible for your data

ABM Entertainment Worldwide, a company based in the United States that owns the Divine Clothing brand. For anything about your data, write to info@divineclothinginc.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email and phone number.
  • Addresses: your address, your billing address and, if you shop from outside the United States, your courier's US address.
  • Your orders and, if you create an account, your account details. Your password is stored encrypted: nobody at Divine Clothing can read it.
  • Payment results. Card details go straight to Stripe or Square: we only receive the card brand, its last four digits and whether the payment was approved.
  • Technical data: the country you visit from and the cookies described below.
  • If you subscribe to our news and offers: your email, language and country, and the record of your consent (when and where you agreed, the text you saw and the IP address you used).

What we use it for

  • To process, ship and support your orders.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To show you the store in your country's currency and language.

We email you about your orders, your account and the requests you make. We send news and offers only if you subscribe to them (in the store's footer, at checkout or in your account): from the footer, we first ask you to confirm by email. Every one of those emails lets you unsubscribe, with one click or from your email preferences. In them we count which links are opened, and which orders follow within a week, to know what interests our customers; we don't track whether you open the email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what each provider needs to do its part:

  • Stripe and Square, to process payments.
  • FedEx and USPS, to deliver your order inside the United States, and EasyPost, the service we buy their shipping labels through.
  • The companies that host the store, keep its files and send our emails, which handle data only on our behalf and following our instructions.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

Your courier receives your parcel at the US address you gave us; what it does with your data is governed by its own policy.

Where your data is processed

Our store and our providers are in the United States, so if you shop from another country your data is transferred to the United States and processed there. We do it because it's necessary to complete your purchase, and we protect your data as this policy describes wherever it is processed.

How long we keep it

We keep your orders and their payments for as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to seven years. We keep your account while it's open: if you ask us to delete it, we delete its data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. We keep the messages you send us only as long as we need them to help you. If you unsubscribe from our news, we keep your address and the record of your consent, so we never write to you again and can show what you agreed to.

Your rights

Depending on the laws of your country, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its use or to receive a copy of it. Write to info@divineclothinginc.com from the email address of your account or order: we answer within the time your country's law sets, and in any case within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the store needs to work: your cart, your session if you sign in, your language and the country you shop from. Stripe and Square may set their own cookies during payment to prevent fraud.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't follow you on other sites, so signals like “Do Not Track” don't change how the store works. If we ever add other cookies, we'll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Security

The store only works over encrypted connections. Payments go directly to the processors, and our team signs in to the store's administration with two-step verification.

Children

The store is meant for adults: 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. We don't knowingly collect data from minors: if you think a minor has given us their data, write to info@divineclothinginc.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will publish the new version here, with its date.
