How can I contact your Customer Service team and when should I expect a response?

For customer service inquiries only, please contact us. Our Customer Service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Response times may be extended during holidays, promotions and immediately after releases/restocks. Inqueries are answered in the order in which they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will put you at the bottom of the queue.

I did not receive my order confirmation, was my order processed?

Order confirmation emails may be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact our customer support team if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please make sure all information is correct before submitting your order.

When will my package be delivered?

Processing time for orders is 3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends and holidays). These times may be extended during holidays, releases/restocks, limited edition releases, and promotions. Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days and 10-21 business days internationally. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural events, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers to international mail providers. All shipping fees that we request will be clearly displayed to you along with service and estimated transit time at checkout.
